We had pictures taken of our kids with an animal to be put on two tshirts. The pictures peeled off the tshirts when we took them out of the bag on the way home that afternoon. We were driving back to the twin cities. I called the owner and asked if they could send the picture to us so we could have another tshirt made (we spent $54 on the shirts) and she said they had deleted the picture. So I asked for a refund and she said she'd have to call me back. Called again and she was too busy "with customers" to take my information (guess once they have your money you're no longer a "customer"). Called again and left a message and still have not received a call back. Finally had to call my credit card company to file a dispute. Don't waste your money here.

We had a great time going Sunday. We took our 6 year old and 2 year old. They thought it was pretty cool that they were able to see the alligators up close. We didnt feed any animals but saw a bunch get fed, including a live mouse to an alligator. My 6 year old was super intrigued. I think this is one of our favorite places to visit from now on. Everyone was super friendly and the kids picked out some souvenirs for $1 each!!!

We had a good time here. They have lots of variety to see such as various alligators, turtles and snacks. It is smaller than you would expect and the price is high for how long you would spend there (we walked through it 3 times and were gone in less than an hour), although they give you a pass to come back again the next day though which we thought was nice, but we didn't see a need to do that. You can get your photo taken with an alligator and print it on a shirt which is neat for the kids and you can also purchase meat extra to feed the alligator which is also neat to see, but that is all extra on top of admission. They have some nice gift options at the end too so our son had to pick out his own snake to take home. It was good experience for the family and fun to do for a dry activity.

It was cool to see all the animals, but it was a little bit overpriced to go and see a couple of alligators and snakes.
