“Cheesy - expensive - pizza”
Reviewed September 21, 2011

Our family has a cabin 10 miles from the Dells. The kids love to go to the Moosejaw for the games and moose ears. Hubby and I like the beer. This place is very busy and overly priced, however, the pizza is VERY cheesy and good tasting. We like thin crispy crust and a lot of cheese. Get a coupon from the local phonebook or flyer for $2 off a large pizza. Don't order pop - WAY over priced. Also, although the video arcade downstairs is nice....most of the games do not work and the atmosphere eating down there is not as nice! All in all, it is good...but you pay for it!

“Great pizza and beer on tap”
Reviewed September 15, 2011

We always come here when we stay in Wisconsin Dells. The pizza is very good and service is fast. I love the seasonal beers on tap. A very big menu and a bonus game area downstairs! Definitely recommend a visit.

This was WAY overpriced. Mac'n'cheese for the kids (waitress said it was Kraft, not even a homemade dish) was $6.49. For the same price we ate at the High Rock Cafe - now that was good food. Had some foreign waitress, who was hard to understand. This is owned by the same people who own Buffalo Phil's, so if you eat at one, you have basically eaten at the other. Don't waste your time. Pizza Hut is better and a better value, too, as far as pizza goes.

“Others may try to copy them, but Moosejaw is the real deal!”
Reviewed September 12, 2011

Great menu with many great food choices in addition to their pizzas. Nice atmosphere at the bar with their microbrew house specials in addition to your old favorites. Moosejaw has a huge appetizer menu plus so many burgers and sandwiches to choose from and also top quality steaks and ribs for a reasonable price. We try to stop at Moosejaw each time we go to Wisconsin Dells.

“We had pizza delivered to our campsite”
Reviewed September 12, 2011

We visited the Dells Labor day weekend and stayed at a camp ground. We planned to have all meals at the campgound, but kept getting rained out. We had heard Moosejaw had good pizza so we called and it was a 50 minute wait or 40 minutes for a delivery. We chose the delivery. Our pizza arrived right at 40 minutes and was cold and hard as a rock. We will be going directly to the restaurant next time. Not sure if the driver got lost, but it wasn't worth the money!
