We got to the restaurant at 6:45pm and waited for a table for 45 minutes that was not by the train deliver area. They tried to squeeze 7 people into a 6 people booth. It took 35 minutes to get our food and our waitress was not around much. The long wait on the food made devouring it a necessity we were starving and once we stopped we realized it had very little flavor.
The kids really loved the train-delivered food. My wife and I thought that the food was average, but the décor was above average. Our kids clearly enjoyed the adventure.
If you want to wait 25 minutes for your server to greet your table and then another 25 minutes into your meal before you get your drink, then this is the place for you!! Greeted by an old dusty train that sometimes delivers your disgusting food, this restaurant is not at all what it is advertised. All the locals highly recommend staying away from this place. My meal didn't even come out the way it was described on the menu. Do not I repeat DONT waste your time or money.
We were asked upon arrival if we wanted to be on the train line or another table that would be faster. We decided we would wait for a train table, we were told the wat was ~1 hour. Ok, went to the bar and had a pretty good drink. After a little over an hour our buzzer went off and we were escorted to a non-train table. We explained that we had requested a train table. We were given back our buzzer and lost our seats at the bar. 40 mins later we were escorted to a train table - it and the food were not worth the wait. Aside from that, prices are a little on the high side.
