“A place the kids will get a kick out of if you can handle the wait.”
Reviewed October 13, 2013

We went this past Saturday for dinner and were told we'd wait roughly 30-40 minutes to get to the area where the train delivers the food. We had several kids with our group so that's what we decided to do. We actually waited probably close to an hour. We did try to make reservations ahead of time but they told us they don't do reservations. Our waitress seemed really swamped. The place was crazy busy so getting our drink and food order took some time. Then we waited probably another 40 minutes for our food. The food was overall fairly decent. Some of the people got the salad bar and that was pretty iffy. The price of the food was fairly expensive for what you got in my opinion. I guess you might say you were paying for the environment. After we ate it took about 30 minutes for the waitress to get us our bill and cash us out. We were basically there for a total of 3 hours. At this point even the kids were sick of being there. Its probably a fine place to go grab lunch but I don't think that me or anyone else in my group would go again on a saturday night.

“Long wait...good food”
Reviewed October 10, 2013

We had a very long wait. It was about 630 on Saturday night. Lots of people waiting outside. We've had dinner there before so it was worth the wait. Server was very polite and took care of our order very quickly.

“Great for families.”
Reviewed October 6, 2013

This place is massive and a lot of fun. There are so many things hanging all over the place to look at. Just an all around cool atmosphere. The kids LOVED the train that delivered our food and drinks, it was a great touch. The food was more like a 4 out of 5 but the rest of the place made it a worthwhile. Decent prices considering this is a tourist town. Only complaint is that the waitress was moody but hey, we all have our days.

Mike made our evening very enjoyable. Our group of 16 had a great experience. The food was out of this world. Will be back next trip to the Dells. Great job Mike.
