We had a long wait but the boys really liked that our food came on the train. The food was good and plenty to see while we wait. Killed time in knuckle heads. Staff was helpful.

“If you must go, go for lunch!”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

We've been here for lunch a couple of times and have always enjoyed it. We decided to go for dinner this time and it was a huge disappointment. The wait time was underestimated, the service was very poor, the food was expensive and didn't even taste good. It was too busy and took our server too long to show up to even bother complaining. Our lunch experiences were never this bad--probably because they're less busy then.

“Overpriced tourist trap”
Reviewed October 23, 2012

I can't believe we fell for going here with the "trains deliver your food" spiel. Food was all bad to average and the cost was high. Would have been better going where the locals go.

“The trains were worth it, the food was not”
Reviewed October 19, 2012

On the up side, the entire reason we went here was for the train delivered food for the kids, and they loved every minute of it! Be sure to ask for a train table, as not all of them are. The train would come out seemingly just for the, to look at, and of course deliver the food and drinks. The atmosphere is very nice, new, big, clean, and fun. But the food was lackluster. I ordered a half pound burger and my wife ordered the tacos. When I more than $10 for a burger I expect it to be thick, juicy, and bursting with flavor. This was the smallest half pound burger I have ever seen and was bland and flavorless. My wife's tacos were so greasy they gushed gresed onto the plate and left a big puddle all over her plate. Clearly they had it mixed up, rather then a juicy burger we got greasy tacos.

But, as I said, it was all for the kids and it pleased them immensely.

“Nice lunch!”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

The place was fun for kids!! The food was worth the price. We also got a coupon for 10 or 15 % off from one the travel brochures. Be prepared to wait for train table if you reach there after 12 noon. We had to wait for a really long time, but the real reason for us to visit was for the trains bringing in our food! We chose the unlimited salad option and we liked it. The kids meal was pretty good too. They were ok about our daughter sharing a bowl of fruits with us from the salad bar which I felt was really nice on their part.
