In recent months this restaurant closed and then was refurbished and reopened by new owners. They did an amazing job - the place looks the same and yet so much better. There are new floors throughout. The bar area has been significantly improved. Dining tables all had crisp white tablecloths. However, patrons were dressed quite casually.
Our food was fresh, flavorful and abundant. There were four of us, each ordered something different, and all were happy. Soups were homemade, salads were large with lots of extras, rolls were hot, meats extraordinary. Service was a little slow but they were very busy. That is notable because the location of this restaurant is out-of-the-way and it reopened with no advertisement.
I have only two small complaints. They are no longer open for lunch. Dinners include a lot of food, I might prefer to order a la carte.
