This was our first visit to Ten 06 since being under new ownership, and I have to say it was very nice. The menu has a nice variety with a couple dishes of beef, chicken, seafood, pork. Nice appetizers and some salads. The décor is a huge switch from the previous 70's red. It is now hip and up to date. We were greeted promptly and seated to our table in a timely fashion. Drinks are top notch. The best Sangria I've had in a long time (including at Mexican restaurants). Old fashion's were great. We had complimentary bread and oil which was nice. The Veal Marsala was good. Served on a bed of fettucine with a marsala mushroom sauce. I prefer a little more marsala wine and the dish needed a touch of salt, but other than that it was tasty. My husband had the Seafood Scampi portion was also good with shrimp, scallops, and langostine. The langostine was a touch over done and the dish needed a pinch of salt as well. Over all, our dishes were very good and for the price is was a great value. We will return again.
They really could put a couple windows in the front bar area to let some natural light in, the dungeon like feel is not too inviting. Most of the art work is well done except that there are some pictures on the west end of the dining room that look more countryish that don't match with the other more contemporary styles throughout the dining area.
