“what a mess with the reservations”

On Sunday I called the front desk of this hotel direct. Stated that I wanted a reservation for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. They accepted the reservation for Monday and Tuesday and said they were full for Wednesday but I should check with them on Tuesday as something might open. They took my credit card info and gave me a confirm number. I show up Monday and they say they don't have my reservation. They look further and said they had me for Sunday and Monday ( not Monday and Tuesday) and that they did not have the room as they were filled. They did call and make an arrangement for a local motel. But they never stated they were sorry for the error they just said the staff made a mistake. Right after I was walking out the same thing happened to the next guy in line. They need to get their act together and learn to say they were sorry.

I can assure you this is very unusual to happen and I’ve made sure to personally speak to our staff regarding your comments. I sincerely hope that this isolated incident will not deter you from visiting us next time you are in town.

Hotel is very nice and staff is great. Hotel was under renovation so had some inconveniences in the common areas and parking. Hotel is situated between my parents, brother, and sisters houses so very convenient.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay and I would definitely return. The rooms were very clean and quiet. It was a business trip, so the location was excellent. The staff was very polite and professional.

large room, clean, everything worked properly, the staff was helpfull, especially the one taking care of the breakfast area, the lobby was unter remodeling. The electrical heater could be a little bit more quiet. I switched it off during the night.

Great stay, great staff, very clean and quite. Pool extremely cold, and this was our biggest complaint. We stayed in Hamptons in Col., NM, Tn, Ind. Ill, MO, MN and this one was almost the coldest. We want to go here more often so please do not come here and crowd us out!

Modern, clean and well-run. This is perhaps the best Hampton I've stayed in. A great stay for business or personal reasons. The breakfast items were well selected and ample. Check-in and check-out were flawless and extremely efficient.

Stayed for a week for business. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was helpful in pointing out places to eat and shopping. I enjoyed the hotel and I had a nice stay. I would definitely stay here again.
