Today my husband and I enjoyed an excellent lunch at Chef Paz. We started with empanadas and shared one of each - cheese, chicken, and beef. I couldn't choose a favorite as all were terrific and my husband said he could drink the delicious jalapeno sauce! Our entrees were both marvelous as well. He had Tacu Tacu, one of the chef's specialties. Very tender beef with a cake of rice and beans. My tenderloin and shrimp was served with sweet potato fries, one of my favorites. For dessert we shared a trio of mousses. All were good, but our favorite was guanabana. Service was prompt and friendly and prices were very reasonable. We plan to make Chef Paz a regular dining destination!
