Sure there are some quirks to be worked out but isn't that the case at EVERY restaurant? We have dined here nearly every night of the week with 2 to 14 in our groups with and without reservations. Richard's handles all the situations well. Wing nights?....if your realistic...how fast do you think you can cook thousands of wings? The wait IS worth it. Prime rib cut is spot on for clarity and marbling, however it could be infused with a bit more flavor. Hand carved paper thin to roast thick per your request. One could easily fill up with the salad bar and all its toppings and sides. Richard's has become a family favorite. Great food and great staff. We know all of their names.
