Very nice ski resort. Works for the whole family.
Only think is during Family Festival Weekend the Chalet is packed, other options need to be thought of.

I wasn't expecting this level of ski hill in Wisconsin. Granite peak pleasantly surprised me with the feel and amenities of a Rocky Mountains ski resort in miniature. Parking was convenient and free. The runs were nicely groomed, challenging, and fun. We rented our skis there; they were in good condition and appropriate for the terrain. Apres ski in the lodge and outside by the fire pits was a plus for us. Our Colorado ski trip is coming up in a few weeks, this was an excellent way to get warmed up for it. As two advanced skiers, we had a blast!

We loved the layout of this ski hill. The way the buildings are situated create a ski-town effect. Everything was very clean with a lodge-like comfort. Loved the sun deck with firepit. There was no shortage of good food and drinks, but very pricey! If it wasn't for the high prices, I would have rated it a 5.

Great ski area for the beginner and experienced alike. Everybody gets what appeals to them. They also offer snow boarding. For first time skiers might seem a little pricy if you have to rent your equipment and purchase your lift tickets. They should charge one fee for all day lift tickets not split it into three time catagories.

We went as a family (3 beginners and 1 intermediate skiers) and everyone had a blast! They make their own snow, so the runs were always open! We rented skis and everyone was knowledgable and helpful! The beginners tools lessons and the instructors were very helpful! Definitely fun for everyone if winter sports is your thing!
