Friday night and must try the traditional Wisconsin fish fry...after about a 10 minute wait (as the place was full) we got seated. Service was extremely slow. Took about 15 or more minutes just to get the drink orders. Then just as long to get the drinks, including plain ice water. They had a nice variety of fish on the menu, including local fish. Unfortunately the broiled haddock came literally swimming on top a layer of melted margarine and the fish had a heavy coating of something orange, maybe paprika (it added no flavor). Dinner companions fried fish was fresh but the oil it was fried in tasted old. It's a shame such fresh fish was ruined by poor culinary skills.
