This place is unquie and great place. I do enjoy their martini and the staff. Wish desserts has more choices and flatbread pizza would be nice for late nights. Q

“Nice Saturday Lunch Spot”
Reviewed June 30, 2014

Stopped here on a Saturday at noon and were seated immediately...we picked the second floor because it was a bit cool and breezy, but the roof looked like it would be great on a little nicer day. I had the brat burger and my husband had an omelet; both were very good and it was plenty of food. Good beer list; service was right on. Really liked the artwork on the walls, and the server told us about their "Friday Night Live" arts nights that happen all summer. Liked the proximity to the Waukesha County Museum, as we went to the Les Paul exhibit after lunch.

“Great for lunch, esp sitting outside on the rooftop”
Reviewed May 29, 2014 via mobile

I have only been here for lunch, but I am sure the dinner is great as well. Bits not very kid freindly, so we've stayed away for dinner.

However, I have had 3-4 lunches with customers over the past qtr and every time the Food, Atmosphere and Staff are great.

It can get a little busy during lunchtime which makes it tough to do in an hour. The servers do a good job of keeping up, but there are some delays, still.

I give it a solid 4, it easily my favorite in Waukesha.

“Where are the People in the Park?”
Reviewed May 28, 2014

Be sure to find "The People" behind the bar up on the wall! Service tends to be slow, but the food is great and the view of downtown Waukesha from the roof is too.

“Weekday Lunch”
Reviewed May 28, 2014

Stopped in at People's Park for lunch. Had the Angus burger with sweet potato fries. Since it's a half pound burger, I skipped the cheese, veggies, et al and opted for a plain burger. It was cooked to my request and was well seasoned--not too salty and not too bland. My lunch buddy had the black bean burger. It had a great taste profile and while it wouldn't fool anyone into thinking it was a beef burger, we liked it enough to look for something similar at the grocery store to eat at home. Service was friendly and fast, but not rushed. Rooftop dining is an option, however, we wisely stayed downstairs as it was a rainy day.
