At 8:30 on Friday evening, with our hotel's recommendation, 13 of us arrived at the Steakfire. They quickly informed us if we wanted to eat, that we would have to place our orders soon, as the grill closed at 9:00. While we all placed the orders quickly. The food took quite awhile to come out. The bartender was pleasant while serving us, until food did arrive. However, when the food did arrive, one of our tenderloins was rancid, two others were so tough, you nearly couldn't cut them with the steak knife. Once we were served, they started shutting off lights, wiping down the place, even asking one of us to "life your plate" so they could wipe under it. Over $400 spent, and they could not wait to get us out the door. We had just arrived from a long day's travel and surely would have stayed for another drink.

food was very good! the service was a little slow, but the food more than made up for it.

Several of the female lunch servers are unfriendly/phony. If you request anything out of the ordinary, they act like you are really putting them out. We observed two of the female staff discussing (in a negative way) a couple of the customers that were dining there at the time. They were unaware that we saw and heard them. Food isn't bad but would stay away from the lunch buffets. Portions on menu items tend to run on the small side, especially for the prices they charge for them. We recently found out that quite a few other people who have dined at this establishment share very similar opinions as these.

We went there as a party of fifteen after a funeral. They shut off the extra room off for us. They had about a two hour notice that we were going to be there. In fact when we arrived we were taken to our area seated and was given time to settle in, before we ordered. Once we ordered we were left allow until our food arrived. We were served and checked on twice, and left allow. I felt they did an extra good job and going out of their way, to put a little sunlight back in our lives.
