We rented an RV trailer for the week. As soon as we arrived at our site, we noticed trash and debris around our fire pit and front deck. We entered the camper and were nearly knocked over by the odor of sulphur. The furnishings were out-dated and it didn't feel very clean inside. Later, I read that each guest is supposed to clean the RV before they leave, so I assume that no actual cleaning or disinfecting occurs between each guest.
We then went to the on-site country store to purchase groceries and other items necessary for our week-long stay. We were greeted with a cold indifference by the staff working at the store. We had several questions for the store's staff which they were unable to answer for us. We were told by the staff that there were no managers on site for us to question, but that we could call and leave a voicemail for the managers. We left voicemails several times throughout our stay. Three days later, and still waiting for someone to call me back! We ended up leaving early because of the general unfriendliness of the staff and the lack of a manager ever being present to answer our questions and resolve issues we had with our stay- we were told one thing over the phone before we arrived, yet found a very different reality upon arrival! I got the vibe that they only cater to their seasonal renters, whom they allow to drunkenly cruise the park day and night with their radios blasting. We won't be back and will do our best to talk anyone else out of ever staying here too!
