Friends recommended the Canyon Road Inn B and B in Turtle Lake so we tried it on the last night of our anniversary trip. It's a great place in the quiet woods that is peaceful and sits next to a pretty lake in the woods. The room we had was very comfortable and roomy. There was a fireplace, jacuzzi, king bed, bathroom and a patio that looked out to the lake. There are lots of trails to hike on and my husband loved that. The hosts, Patti and Turner are so friendly and do a wonderful job with everything. It was a very comfortable lovely stay. Too bad we didn't have more time. Very nice and we would recommend it as a nice get a way.

Turner & Patty are wonderful host It was my wife and I's first time at a Bed & Breakfast and we had a great time. The room looked great, great gas fireplace w/ a nice stone finish, the bed was very comfortable, furniture was cozy, it's a on a nice little lake and my wife and I had a wonderful time out on the canoe (provided by the inn), The family style breakfast in the morning was a neat experience, it was fun chatting with the other guests.

We needed a place to stay for one night on our way to visit friends further north in Wisconsin. Our stay at the inn was a very enjoyable experience. Turner met us in the driveway with his welcoming smile and immediately made us feel at home. Patti and Turner have created a very upscale retreat, undoubtedly one of the best in the area. They had recommendations which were right on for things to do and places to eat. The breakfast was tasty and made with love. The setting is beautiful and a thrill for wildlife lovers and/or photographers. Our only regret was that we only had one night. We will arrange to go back in the future.

The first time we stayed at the Canyon Road Inn, we drove during a snow storm. By the time we got there our nerves were frazzled, but Patti and Turner made us so relaxed. We were both very hungry but didn't want to travel out again during the storm, so Patti and Turner suggested that they would order a pizza for us. They are the most friendly and accomadating people I have ever had the pleasure to know.
The rooms were so warm and inviting and the breakfast the next morning was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
The second time we were there, Patti and Turner suggested a Beautiful place to eat and even made the reservations for us!
It is nestled in a quiet almost hidden area, and the wooded acreage is the most beautiful area to just walk and talk. Plus, if you go during the fall, the colors are magnificent!!!!
You will never regret choosing the Canyon Road Inn for your getaway!

This B&B would be perfect for a couple who wanted to lock themselves away for a luxurious weekend, or even a bit of time out from a road trip.
Our room had a hot tub, TV and seductive music - a very romantic setting. For the energetic, the lake would be just the thing with water craft to drift along the shoreline of Turtle Lake. Our hosts were delightful and most accommodating. - A lovely night.
Our only problem was the distance to restaurants. The nearest, Renegades, was basic but OK.

Room Tip: We had a choice of rooms, All were very good.

The bed was the most comfortable I ever remember sleeping in. The room was spacious and immaculate. Patti & Turner are wonderful warm hosts. Each day we had a different special breakfast that we enjoyed thoroughly along with their company.

Patti & Turner really know how to make people feel welcome. Upon arrive Turner walked us through all the fun gagets in our room, where to get complementary beverages, where the water toys were, and even offered to make dinner reservations for us.

The attention to detail was wonderful. A hand written card, homemade chocolate chip cookies, fantastic smelling bath salts for the hot tube, organic soaps, a keurig coffee pot in the room, an iPod/iPhone doc, a fireplace, fun little scrabble tiles for notes, beautiful walking paths, firepit, games, and the list goes on and on.

Excited to see what the winter has to offer at Canyon Road Inn.Thank you Patti & Turner!
