We picked up takeout BBQ on a Saturday at 11, just as they opened. Dining/seating area is not a real option. Good variety of sauces available for sampling. Favorites were balsamic and red onions sauce and sweet Memphis blues sauce. We ordered two sandwiches: pulled pork and smoked chicken melt. Pulled pork was dry, bun was uninspired but portion was enough for two meals. Smoked chicken melt was grilled in butter, moist, and flavorful. The men had a full rack of piggy ribs and a lb of beef brisket. Brisket was too thinly sliced and very dry. Ribs were average. Overall, sauces were the best part of the meal. Mac n cheese was very cheesy and had either cayenne or some form of dry red pepper, too spicy for some. Slaw was reliable and helped the pulled pork Sammy from sticking to the roof of my mouth. $50 total without beverages makes it a little pricey for takeout.
