Amazing gelato and sorbets, especially the coconut. Enjoyed the cheeseboard with 6 Wisconsin cheeses (3 housemade), 4 meats, olives, figs, and more! Wild ramp goat cheese was delicious. Good wine selection, with everything under $20 to take away. Very friendly staff.

“Fabulous goat's milk gelato”
Reviewed August 11, 2013

Great variety of gelato choices, the staff was extremely friendly and engaging. They also had a wine bar area, but we did not check that out.

“Perfect goat cheeses and stunning gelato selection”
Reviewed July 29, 2013 via mobile

The goats on the restaurant rooftop are part of the tourist attraction in this town, but the cheese is what should be getting the attention. Very fresh, tangy, creamy, and available plain or with imaginative additions like ramps or pesto. There is also a small wine selection. The gelato counter offered eight flavors when I was there, and the staff was kind enough to let me sample five kinds to try to make up my mind. I finally settled on the fig and honey, but the mango, tiramisu, and hazelnut with chocolate were splendid too. The are some tables and chairs on a shaded front porch where you can sit and enjoy the gelato, and then be close by when you want to get seconds!

“Place to go back to again and again”
Reviewed July 25, 2013

This place had the best gelato and sorbets. There were so many unique flavors like Walnut and fig. The gelato is made out of goat milk. We happened to walk by the place and decided to go in. We all loved it so much that we drove 30 mins the next day to come back to it. It also had very good cheeses. They were so good. And the staff was very very kind and friendly. The service was great!

“Must stop for food and cheese”
Reviewed July 22, 2013

This is a great small creamery in Sister Bay that has excellent sandwiches and flat breads from local ingredients and made fresh. They also have home-made goat cheese gelato that is amazing with unique flavors. This is a must stop for lunch.
