“Great Food, great service, great atmosphere"”
Reviewed September 12, 2011

When ever we are up in Door county, we go out to one high end restaurant, and every time we go to this restaurant. We have been going to Inn at Kristopher's for 14 yrs. and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal or bad service. For the past 10 years we have even been asking for the same waiter. If you want to enjoy a nice romantic dinner, and not have to worry about if it is going to be good or not, go to this restaurant and you will have no worries.

“Great food in a Relaxed Venue”
Reviewed September 8, 2011

My husband and I dined here in late August with another couple. Everything about the meal was wonderful. The ambiance of the dining room was casually eloquent. The menu was diverse with some gourmet meals and some standard options. The food was delicious from apetizers through dessert. For us, the best part was that we never felt rushed. The meal courses were brought one at a time with a pause between each. The service was superb. I know that whenever we are in Sister Bay, a meal at Inn at Kristopher's will be a must!

“A wonderful evening & great food!”
Reviewed September 3, 2011

We went to the Inn at Kristofer's based on other TA recommendations. We were not disappointed. We ate outside overlooking the marina and it was absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed visiting with a group of four women who were dining next to us! We had calamari, ahi tuna on mozzarella basil tomato salad, sweet potato fries and creme brulee for dessert. Also enjoyed a nice glass of zinfandel and coffee with the dessert. And we got to meet Chef Terri as she served us our dessert. We very much enjoyed everything about our visit to the Inn and recommend it to other Door County visitors!

“This restaurant does not exist! It's name is Inn at Kristofer's.”
Reviewed September 3, 2011

We had a wonderful visit to the Inn at Kristofer's in Sister Bay and I
will be reviewing that restaurant under the correct name. Please
delete this nonexistent restaurant or combine it with the reviews
of the restaurant with the correct spelling, Inn at Kristofer's. Thanks!

Thank you for your nice comments under The Inn at Kristofer's. We appreciate your assistance in trying to get Trip Advisor to merge our two listings. We are listed under The Inn at Kristophers (incorrect spelling) and the Inn at Kristofer's (correct spelling). This has been an issue we have been trying to resolve for some time. Thank you for visiting us and helping us with Trip Advisor.

“Restaurant of Choice for Special Occassion”
Reviewed August 22, 2011

My husband and I dinned at the Inn at Kristopher's on a Monday night. We called in the early afternoon to make a reservation at 7:30p.m. to be sure to catch the sunset. When we arrived we were promptly seated in the small dining room at a lovely window seat. I had a hard time warming up to the atmosphere of the restaurant, it seemed a bit cold, but thank goodness we were seated to stare out the window. The shades we drawn prevent everyone from being blinded as the sun sank lower in the sky. About 10 minutes before sunset the staff thankfully opened the blinds so everyone could enjoy the beautiful sunset over the water. The wine list has plenty of choices, but nothing from a local winery. The menu is not large, but the choices are artfully creative and carefully selected. Main dishes come with a rice or potato side, but if you would like soup or a salad that is purchased separately. The main dishes are $25 and up. If you and a dining partner each had a drink, salad or soup, main dish and shared desert it would be very easy to spend $100+. My husband and I had a lovely time. We enjoyed the sunset, and our meals were delicious, but a bit overpriced. I'm glad we tried this restaurant, but when we return to Door County I think we will explore some other restaurants.
