Kinni Creek Lodge is designed for privacy and solitude when you need it, and fun and celebration when your ready. Located in the City of River Falls, WI overlooking Kinni Creek, you have the best of both worlds...easy access to the outdoors for fishing and kayaking, as well as all the shopping you need to do. The 3 bedrooms are quiet, spacious , very clean and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen is large enough and has all the amenities to make meals and desserts for many persons. Because of our hectic lifestyles, we do not cook at home much. Our family decided to divide the cooking duties, and we ate delicious homecooked meals in all week! The lodge has enough room to spread out for various activities that do not interfere with each other. In addition, the lodge has an expansive deck overlooking the Kinni for outdoor parties. It is a perfect place to hold family reunions.

The cabin is a great place to stay for the location, but if you rent the whole cabin for a weekend, it is not a B&B. It is just a cabin. Breakfast is not included and rooms are not picked up or cleaned during the weekend stay. It is a bit pricy without "hotel" ammenities, but it's nice to have a kitchen.

It would be great if there were a TV in the living room and a supply of board games would be fantastic.

Overall, we continue to rent this the weekend we are in town. We will continue to go back.

Stayed with my college aged son in Lower Dam room. Queen bed with loft bed was comfortable. Gas fireplace, robes and woods theme add extra touch to room. Fresh natural orange juice, assorted quality cereals and fresh fruit compensated for store bought muffins. Appreciated second bathroom by living room. Really enjoyed bakyard hot tub in the morining and looking at birds. Quaint town and lovely river views.

In the middle of river falls, but feels like a million miles away. Learn a new skill and take the fly fishing school, then try your skills right outside the cabin. The upper creek kayak of an hour was perfect, although if you are over 220 lbs you might get stuck a couple times. The cabin is immaculate, and the hummingbird and woodpecker feeders keep you amused from the kitchen table.

The Bed and Breakfast was very comfortable and quiet with a good restaurant within walking distance. I liked getting my breakfast when it suited me and the choices were more than adequate. The two owners and their dogs were very welcoming. My one piece of advice would be to select the main level bedroom if you have trouble with stairs as the they are steep and have a relatively narrow tread.
The kayaking was quite an adventure, through beautiful countryside, navigating the obstacles of low brances, logs and rocks and some quick water - all possible for a learner. The water is quite shallow in most places, so it is easy to get out of the kayak if grounded on a sand bar, or if you want to stop. The convenience of not having to transport my own kayak and the availabilty of many shuttle times and distances made this excursion very hassle free.
I am not a fly fisher, but I could tell that this sport is enjoyed my many on this lovely stretch of river.
