The sign on the front of the Yardarm did not steer us wrong. With fish on the menu for Saturday Night Dinner we made the right choice by going to the Yardarm. As expected with any respectable fish fry in Wisconsin, Lake Michigan Perch was on the menu and by coincidence already on my mind. The build your own Platter gave me plenty of both perch and walleye, very near heaven - add a locally brewed beer and yes indeed, that's a fine, fine meal. Although I only got a wee little taste, my wife's Grilled Cajun Catfish was great. Each meal was served with plentiful piles of Sand Dollars (thinly sliced potatoes with Parmesan Cheese) and a Sweet and Sour Coleslaw. Neither of us went away hungry and the prices didn't break the bank!
The Yardarm will definitely be on our 'return to' list the next time we travel to Racine.
