This is a home-town restaurant, where everyone is friendly and you can get the best breakfast in the entire county. In Princeton, about 9 miles from Neshkoro, Wisconsin on Route 73. Worth the trip !

Went to Princeton on a Saturday during the "Flea Market" needed a meal after all that shopping.....went to Jillian's right down the street from the market and found it to be the best "Ruben" I have eaten in a long time.....nice and meaty with great sauerkraut and cheese with the dressing on the side that also was really good......my husband got the breakfast with ham and said it was great... been back there several times since and always good and consistent ..... open Weds thu Sunday only till 2 PM ..... also really busy on the Saturday that the Flea Market is going on but I thought well worth the wait.......

We have been going to Jillian's since they opened and we look forward to the visit each and every time. We have taken dozens of friends and they are always amazed at how good the food is and how low the prices are. What more can you ask for? The owners are very friendly -- but the place is small and gets busy, so they aren't always chatty! That's OK with us! We love Jillian's!

Ate breakfast with my father and daughter after visiting my brother who suggested this place. Clean, fast, and friendly service. A good value.

If you can appreciate the charm of small town diners this is one to go to. Located directly off the main highway running through town is Jillian's. The waitstaff are friendly and efficient. The kitchen is open to the rest of the restaurant, on the back wall, which provides for unique viewing being able to see your food prepared before your eyes. Check their hours but when we stopped they served breakfast and lunch about five days a week. We were there for lunch on our stop, towards the end of the rush lunch hour time would be, and it was stil full up with diners. We all had various sandwich choices which we all found to our liking. There were decorations on the wall that were for sale too for those interested in crafty items. It makes for a perfect stop after visiting the Princeton Flea Market, or just passing through town on your way to somewhere else.
