Went to this place first with family and it was not dinner hour. There was plenty to pick from, all the food was hot and there was lots of space to sit. On repeat visits have been there during peak hours of lunch and dinner and it was a mad house. Waiting to get in, waiting to sit down, waiting in line for food, waiting for more food, waiting for the server to bring your drink refills or take away plates, and the chocolate waterfall was not working. The food is usually always good, sometimes a little burned from being in the warmer too long. Loved the desert bar and the salad bar. There is something for everyone even if you are on a diet. Kids are charged by the year until 12 I think, it's a good deal. If you skip the drink and just get water you can save a few bucks. Also I suggest going before dinner hour, like before 4 to get the best service and price. The price could change at 3:30 I would check for sure. All in all this is a good place for the money you can have whatever you are yearning for and eat as much or little as you want. Just avoid dinner hour unless you really can't eat before or after. Also if you have a birthday the staff will sing for you.
