Storybook Farm Llama Trekking B&B
Ranked #1 of 2 Phillips B&B and Inns

What a wonderful, beautiful, peaceful oasis in Phillips! Bonnie and Jim's hospitality is priceless! Their menagerie of llamas, goats, parrot, et.al...is a great bonus. Trekking with the llamas is also a special experience. Bonnie and Jim are outstanding cooks with gourmet meals in their beautiful kitchen. Bonnie's creative touches throughout the new home touch your heart!
I've been coming to Phillips since a little girl and this place is a welcome change to the traditional Phillips motel scene. I will be staying here in the future and can't wait to be back!

My daughter and I spent the night here on a weekend long road trip doing college campus visits. We were worn out from driving and this stay was a welcomed rest point. Jim and Bonnie are excellent hosts and we felt very welcomed into their home. The house is beautifully located on 50 acres just outside of Phillips, Wi. I took a walk in the morning and could have walked into town if I would have wanted to, very nice location. Our room had a private bath and was located on the lower level walk out with large windows and beautiful scenery. The lower level has a pool table, air hockey, huge tv, and a kitchenette, much more than we expected. There is a private entrance to the lower level and a deck to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. There is also a main floor entrance if one prefers to enter that way, the main floor and lower level is open to guests.

Breakfast was wonderful and Bonnie prepared a gluten free breakfast for me, what a treat! We went Llama trekking in the morning before we left. We had never been around Llamas before and we a little intimidated by them because they are a rather large animal. By the end of the morning we were in the pen with the Llamas hugging and kissing them, they are very gentle creatures. There is also a miniature donkey and several little goats. We had so much fun feeding and watching all of these animals.

This was our first time at a Farmstay, also can be called a B and B but I think Farmstay is more appropriate. Very welcoming atmosphere we had a hard time leaving.

My husband and I stayed in Bonnie and Jim's Bed & Breakfast for a week. It's a great place, we had great food and room. We enjoyed peaceful and beautiful natural, had fun with llamas, goats, ferret, dogs, and bird. We discovered the different view of Phillips Wisconsin. Bonnie and Jim are so nice, it likes to stay with your dear family. If you're looking for an amazing outdoor activities, spending time with sweet animals, staying in peaceful and beautiful natural place, I strong recommend that you should try to stay in Storybook Farm B&B, you'll have better experience than you thought.

Bonnie and Jim have a great place. Scenic and peaceful. Every window a great picture. the decks are nice for lounging and the bonfire at night a treat. Looking out at the llamas in the field in the morning with a little fog in the air... priceless. Go enjoy we did.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast.

The B&B has a guest area in the basement that has great amenities to make it feel as though you've got the place to yourself, and the hosts are happy to leave you to yourselves or take you on adventures around Phillips.

What makes the B&B unique is that you can go llama trekking if you would like. They have about 16 llamas, and you get to meet them, choose your llama, and go on a 2 mile walk with them. After getting to know your llama and letting them know you, you get to take them through an obstacle course and see how you do!

Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, and we loved getting to know our hosts. It is certainly worth the trip to "up north" Wisconsin to meet Bonnie, Jim, and their whole family (including the furry ones)!

My husband and I wanted to find the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, and we find the a little piece of paradise. We stayed at the Story Book Farm Llama Trekking Bed and Breakfast and we absolutely loved it. The friendly owners made us feel comfortbale as they greeted us upon our arrival. We took amazing walks and even though I was timid at first the hike with the llamas was amazing; I hadn't expected llamas to be such beautiful and friendly creatures! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and private, which was perfect for catching a quick afternoon nap, reading or just relaxing. The breakfast was an array of tasty delights, and lovely way to start the day! We can't wait to visit Storybook again soon!

If you are looking for something off the beaten path and a unique experience we would recommed this place. For most people the experience of walking a friendly llama through the serene and peaceful woods is not something one gets to do on a daily basis. The llamas are fun and the obstacle course is an added bonus. Great place to bring kids for some fun. Breakfast was scrumptious one of the the best I've had at a Bed and Breakfast. Hosts do a wonderful job of making guests feel welcome. Very warm, personable, and make you feel like a part of the farm.
