After dining at Glarner the night before we felt Flannery's was a definite step down in quality. Our prime rib was not the best cut of meat we had and the salmon our friend ordered was really over cooked. The Roesti was a big disappointment as it tasted more like a plain hash brown not well seasoned at all. The bar area would be a fun time to hang out with friends but would not dine hear again.

We have been going to Flannery's almost every Friday forover 20 years.
great Friday night fish fry. Baked or deep fried cod are great. I love their pecan encrusted salmon and blackened Mahi Mahi. A family run place. Mike in the kitchen and Ruth in the dining room. They will take reservations on Friday night. They feature New Glarus beers, great Bloody Marys, and great Brandy Old Fashioneds. We bring friends and family to Flannery's.

The person pouring our tastings did everything she could to knock the wines, which were average at best.

Located in an out of the way location, if someone hadn't have recommend it I never would have found it. Best Fish Fry on Fridays and awesome Prime Rib and Rueste (spelling) Swiss hash browned potatos with cheese. OMG awesome. GREAT FOOD good service, full bar. Sometimes a wait, call for reservations if you can. If you can't its worth the wait.
