Last summer they started having problems with their air. One year later and it still isn't fixed. We used to be very regular customers, but given the heating and cooling issues (which make it uncomfortable at times to say the least) we have become very "weather" selective of whether we go there or not. We decided to give it a shot, and while the air was NOT working, we were able to get a seat where it was reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, the food quality has also taken a hit. For a wing night special, the wings were hardly worthy of noticing, yet alone paying for. A quantity of 10 used to be more than filling, now you feel as though you only had an appetizer. The boneless wings, while a) not on special and b) in the past were quite generous also have shrunk in size. Given that this used to be an absolute go to place for us, I'm sorry to say that we don't seem to be the only ones staying away. It used to be on wing night - you either got there early or you waited for seating - now, during prime time - there were numerous tables immediately available. On a bright note, they have been able to retain a number of their staff and they continue to take good care of the customers. If you do want to try this place, Jane as a waitress and Megan behind the bar do an exceptional job under less than ideal circumstances and are the reason this review is "average" rather than poor.
