I had dinner here with six friends. I almost missed the restaurant since it wasn't all that well marked.
The dinner started out with a cheese spread and some tasty crackers that seemed home made. This was a complimentary appetizer and I think that's what makes this restaurant a "Supper Club". Some of us had drinks and a few split a bottle of wine.
A few of us had the walleye which I had grilled with almonds on top. The complaint some of us had was that the fish was bland. I think a bit more butter on the top would have worked wonders or maybe a light sauce. I've had walleye before so I knew it would be on the mild side.
One of the ladies had the filet. She only eats meat and said the steak was tough and she couldn't even really chew it and as a result did not finish it. Two ladies split scallops and salmon. They liked the scallops but said the salmon wasn't great.
I might be inclined to give this another try but I've heard from locals that it's really "just average". The three season room however, is very pleasant.
