Enjoyed our weekend stay at the County Clare July 27-29. Our first floor room was large and clean with a comfortable king bed. Even though the pub is just down the hall it was incredibly quiet at all times in the room. Speaking of the pub, the authentic Irish music on Friday evening was a highlight of our trip. The musicians were extremely talented. Our full breakfasts, included in your room price, were large and delicious. We ordered both the full Irish breakfast and the corned beef hash. Both are recommended. With included parking in their off street parking lot, you cannot find a better deal in downtown Milwaukee. We walked everywhere and will definitely be coming back again.

Such an adorable place to stay! The standard room we stayed in was a nice size, beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Such a nice touch to have cookies when we checked in. We stayed 2 nights and didn't have any problems with noise from the pub, even with live music-our room was on the second floor. We were able to hear people talking in our hallway though. Free parking in their lot was included. Our stay also include brunch....it was wonderful!! The staff were very helpful and attentive. LOVED the pub!!! We would definitely recommend it!

We travel all over the United States visiting ballparks & the cities where they're played. Once we stayed here we fell in love with this place and have been back multiple times. The food is great, the rooms are clean& comfy and the people that work there are amazing! Our favorite barman is Greg. I believe he is the manager too. He always makes us feel welcome. We recommend this hotel to all our friends & family. A delicious breakfast is included with your stay. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Milwaukee.

Room Tip: The suites have a king bed & are a little larger.

We spent 3 days/2 nights at the Inn to celebrate my mother-in-laws 70th birthday that fell on Mother’s Day. The Inn, restaurant and staff were top notch! It couldn’t have been more perfect for the 40 to 80 year olds in our group.

We had a medical emergency that caused family to leave early and the Inn worked with us on adjusting our reservations. Many of the staff also had a genuine concern for the family member and those who stayed to continue the celebration of her 70th.

The meals and pub stand above others in offerings, quality and uniqueness. The rooms were quaint, open and relaxing. The location is close to a park along the water, Brady Street , neighborhood pubs and a CVS/Walgreens. Taxi rides are only $7.50 (for 4) to explore The Third Ward (urban feel to restaurants and bars) ... 3rd street Irish pubs, restaurants and German halls. 3rd street has on relaxing feel with a combination of small and large establishments. This is the area where we took a 1.5 hour ride on the Edelweiss Boat. $19.99 and worth the price. The inside 1st floor table had a great view, close to the bar and restrooms. The tables had white tablecloths, historical narrator and accent lighting. The ride gives you a view of the river and lake community the encompasses Milwaukee’s downtown. The ride was smooth and didn’t create any motion sickness. ( We have 2 in our group
Who are sensitive to this. )

The best part of each day was starting and ending our day at the restaurant/pub at the Inn. Will recommend to friends and return.

We were only there for one quick evening, but had a very nice time at County Clare. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was also very good, and the stay included a complimentary breakfast. The only very minor complaint we would have is the very cramped area around the sink - which also held the coffee maker and supplies. No place to put our own toiletries. Otherwise, a very very nice hotel.
