“Very cozy, yet spacious and comfortable rooms”
Reviewed October 12, 2013

I had booked the room online from India and had no problems in check-in at all. The hotel is located near the highway and has lots of trees around the property. The breakfast was quite good. It has a small indoor swimming pool but its generally filled with kids playing around. It was an ideal accommodation for me as I could just walk to my office. The bed was very comfortable that helped me getting over the jet-lag that I had. They had a small pantry near the reception area for purchasing daily essentials. The neat and clean rooms, courteous staff, easy chekin and checkout and quality food speaks highly about Comfort Suites. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

We stayed here on 9/21/13 after a trip to the zoo. We had an easy check-in and were assigned room 132 which is a few doors down from the pool. The room itself was average. At first glance it seemed nice and clean with a warm color palette. Upon closer look I noticed things like ripped lamp shades and big pink stains of the floor?? I did find the bed & pillows which were puffy and soft to be quite comfortable. They say the beds are queen but they are full size.

When we got back from dinner we could tell right away we were in for a long night if we stayed near the pool. There was a large group of drinking soccer dads blocking the hallway and letting their boys run all over the hotel. They were even playing tag on the elevator and one of them fell out on top of me. When my husband asked that we be moved the girl at the front desk was very apologetic and moved us to the top floor well away from the noise.

We went down to eat breakfast at 8:30 and there were basically scraps left. No eggs, no waffle batter, no milk, no juice, no bagels. It was an absolute mess and there was no staff to be found anywhere. The girl at the front desk said she could not find the two girls who were in charge of the breakfast room. When they finally did show up they were very rude to guests and quite frankly could not have cared less. The brought food out at a snails pace.

If you need to use WIFI don't count on it working. It didn't work for hours and when it did it was spotty at best. They charge $1.50 for the safe per day and if you don't use it they will take it off your bill but you have to remember to ask. Overall, I found the behavior of some of the guests to be quite lacking but I do think the hotel could have handled things better.

I was here for a soccer tournament with a bunch of other families and teams. One should note this is a comfort suites so do not expect the four seasons. I have to give some props to the management as they were extremely helpful to wit: my son went to bed at 10 and used the security chain. He sleeps like a rock and we could not awake him with knock, yells and calls. management gave me another room to sleep in. That is pretty darn good.

The only really bad thing is this place is in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do. no bar, no restaurant, nothing for miles. they have a Ruby Tuesdays across the parking lot which I checked out... whoa "goodbye Ruby Tuesday" place is way lame...

This is a great hotel for the business or casual traveler. I've stayed here a few times on business trips. It is located northwest of Milwaukee off of the highway and in an office/industrial complex area. Lots of trees and grassy hills around the property. This hotel serves an incredible breakfast with hot and cold assorted items and hosts a happy hour in the evenings. Rooms not only contain a sofa and bed, but an addition lounge chair. Desks with good workspace available as well. Business center is truly designed with the business traveler's needs in mind. A robust printer stocked with plenty of paper, state of the art computer with up-to-date software and lots of work space. Located next to a great Ruby Tuesday restaurant. Well stocked pantry onsite at hotel for any "munchy" needs. Staff is exceptionally helpful and very friendly.

We stayed here for one night in August. The manager who checked us in was rude and acted like we were stupid. The room was not vacuumed very well as we found food crumbs by the bed and by the sofa and there was hair in the bathroom. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 10:15 and checkout isn't until 11 so we felt rushed like we had to get out right away. The curtains in the room did not close all the way and there were no blinds just a sheer cover that let in the light from the bank at night which caused me to get a terrible migraine. Not happy with this experience. Filled out a card and never got a call or anything to talk about my experience or to apologize or anything.

Room Tip: Do not choose room on the first floor facing the bank as the lights will come in at night and there...

The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. We stayed with our dog at the hotel and found the layout of the hotel easy to use with a dog in tow. Breakfast is also good. The only con is the price for the suite rooms, but would recommend the hotel.
