Food was pretty good for Milwaukee. We ordered the baked goat cheese as an appetizer and I would recommend that to anyone who visits. Our entrées were burgers and they were good... A little pricy... $15 on average for a burger. This is to be expected as it is connected to a hotel. Would definitely return when visiting Milwaukee again as it has been hard to find a good burger in this town. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant. Hope this helps!

Named after the Indian translation of 'Milwaukee', Millioke offers a nice mix of fresh-n-new and old favorites. I had the country salad that came with mixed greens, beats, walnuts and fried goat cheese. It was wonderful, but would have preferred non-fried cheese and maybe some candying of the walnuts. I had the prosciutto/arugula flatbread and it was unique and delicious. Other entree's at our table included the baby back ribs, pretzel bun burger and egg plant, all of which were wonderful. Service was awesome. The only drawback in our opinion is it's attached to the Marriott and drew a family crowd from the hotel, which didn't fit the décor of the dining experience. Otherwise, I'd recommend trying it for dinner at least once.

While visiting Millioke for the first time for a fairly-priced lunch, our waitress Chelsea provided us with a to-go menu to remind us of the Wisconsin Happy Hour special. Because of this reminder, I found myself bringing a different group of friends to Millioke the following week for it. After drinks, we decided to sit down and enjoy an array of meats, cheeses, and wines. The service, preparation and atmosphere at Millioke were very polished. Chelsea was a great waitress again for the second time. After our appetizer, our entrees were delivered with the same great service as usual.

I am quite particular about the quality of service when it comes to dining at a sit-down restaurant. Moreover, the experience is important to me. Millioke provided an upscale atmosphere while offering great food at a variety of prices. While one of your friends may order a chicken sandwich, your other friends still have the option of purchasing a higher-price menu item (i.e. Baby Back Ribs, New York Strip). All of our food was wonderful and rich in flavor. Chelsea made sure our drinks were topped off and that we were not just satisfied customers, but delighted customers. Having lived in Milwaukee for over 1 year now, I would definitely rate this local restaurant among the best.

Regards, Matt Abraham

Recommended for lunch, happy hour or dinner. Excellent chicken soup and fish options. Highly recommend the small chocolate desert. Excellent, proactive service by attentive waitstaff.

Went there for my daughters 22 birthday. Had the whole family -- boy friends and girlfriends inlcuded. Menu was diverse enough to appeal to the younger adults while substantial enough for the paents.

Service was great. Very attentive but not pushy.

We had a couple of apitizers, an entre and the kids had desert. There was not much left on the table.

The hit was the beer cheese fondue -- I know we are in WI but seriously....that was really good. The pretzel was really tasty but the cheese sauce -- I thought the kids were going to fight over who was going to lick the dish. We asked for more bread just to use up the leftovers.

We also had a cheese and charcuterei that was good -- but not awesome.

Entres were big. Couple of the kids had the flatbreads. They said they were good; but it was a lot of food. I had the Nueske’s Bacon & Cheese Pappardelle. It was very creamy and was a very nice dish for a cold evening. A couple of them had the burgers. Burgers were good but for $10 they better be.

Deserts were the mini kind -- not a lot to share. Everyone seemed to enjoy it -- just not a lot.

Overall it was very enjoyable meal. We sat at a big booth and there was plenty of room for 7 adults/college kids.
