If you're looking for a place to have a hearty (or light) breakfast the Cafe at the Pfister is the place for you. Large, creative menu boasting bottomless Starbucks coffee.

Okay average hotel coffee shop fare. Starbucks coffee, good service, and not too noisy. Convenient place for business meetings in downtown Milwaukee.

Good Food & Great Service - Wish I had gotten the name of the hostess and waitress. They deserve a end of the year bonus!

We were in Milwaukee on a Sunday afternoon with very few restaurants open in downtown (which surprised us.) We really appreciated finding the Cafe at the Pfister Hotel. The tomato soup was excellent, the salads very good. Wonderful basket of rolls (no charge, but you must request it.) The server was very friendly. She had to deal with a slow kitchen, and was very nice about it.

It's not for a business lunch. We had time on our hands, and were happy to wait a bit longer than normal in this calm setting.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and remember your order from day to day. The only thing is that they are a little pricy. Also, do not go here if you are in a hurry, this is sit down and wait a bit for the meal to arrive.
