“The Beer Barron Dream Home”
Reviewed December 12, 2012

Such a beautiful historic treasure that is so well preserved...right in downtown Milwaukee. Beautiful German carvings and a mansion that gives you sense of what it was like to live like an immigrant German Beer Barron....even during Prohibition in America.

“good tour”
Reviewed December 3, 2012

We were the 1st visitors on a Sat morning. Tour was self-paced, it would have been nice to have had a guided tour since there is so much to see. Overall, good experience though.

“Wonderful Tour of a Gorgeous Mansion”
Reviewed November 19, 2012

A very knowledgeable guide provided an excellent tour of the beautiful Pabst Mansion. If you love history and/or architecture, this is the tour for you. The elegant rooms and marvelous details are the landscape of the tour interwoven with historical facts and stories of the Pabst family. Some further restoration is still planned for the future, but what has been done is wonderful. A fantastic amount of Pabst family pieces reside in their original setting. The only disappointment of the tour was that they do not allow photography inside the mansion. The Pabst Mansion is a must-see stop on a trip to Milwaukee.

This classic building is being brought back to it's original condition by wonderful craftsmen, and the tour guides were most informative and knew their history in great detail.

“Great Surprise!”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

I (25yr) didn't think the Pabst Mansion was going to be anything special...I can say I was definitely proven wrong! From the outside the Mansion doesn't look all that impressive, but don't let that stop you from taking a tour; the inside and amenities of the house are what is truly impressive! The tour guides are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and are willing to answer any questions you may have. For only a few bucks, this was a great tour and I will/would go back again!
