Wonderful set up, one of the best I have ever been too. THe food was even good, lots of varieties and choices . The prices were reasonable as well ( no 10.00 hot dogs) . THe restrooms and whole area is kept very, very clean. Amazing when you consider 150,000 people all day and evening....

They had SOOOOO many things going on down on the grounds. From the very start of the celebration, to the last minute!! & the bands.....OMGosh even the "no-name" bands were GREAT!!! I say no name, cuz when your playing b4 headliners like Aerosmith, Kid Rock, Buckcherry, & ZZ TOP!!!!!!!!!! (along with quite a few others) your name really doesn't stand out all that much. Except for this one band called Cowboy Bob or Cowboy Tom?? They were GREAT!! ANYWAY everything the grounds had to offer us for this event was great!! As well as other events they have, such as Summerfest.... My point is if you've never been there, & there's something going on make every effort you can to stop in and check it out. You WON'T BE SORRY!!!

We were here for the Harley 110th and must say this is a great park. There is soooo much room for everyone. I know there were a lot of people on the grounds but this is so spacious it didn't feel like it. The wide variety of food vendors made for a great day. I can't wait to go back during a different event. Maybe Irishfest!

We have enjoyed this festival many times over the past twenty years. We love the location by the lake, the great musicians and dancers, the shopping opportunities, and the food.

The festival grounds are terrific. There is ample space for large crowds to gather without feeling too crowded. Bathrooms are well attended. There are numerous stages set up to listen to many different musical groups that are playing at the same time. There are also permanent playgrounds installed to entertain young children who may become tired of listening to music. There are also plenty of seating options from seating close to the stages to picnic tables that face the inlet right next to the festival grounds. You may see a few boats in the inlet during that time.
My only complaint is that there is not enough shade to cool the area during periods of full sun and heat. For this reason I recommend coming out closer to sunset to avoid that problem altogether. Otherwise please bring your hat or pack an umbrella.
Also be sure to bring plenty of money. Everything in the festival grounds is expensive. Bring cash because the ATM fees on the grounds are also expensive.
