World's Largest Music Festival - nothing really more needs to be said. A great opportunity to see a wide variety of music for the cost of admission and headliners for an additional ticket fee. There are many promotions that allow people in for free or other promotional items on some days - worth it to check out what your options are. The food is ok -- typical fair stuff and the named restaurants in town that have places here don't seem to offer the same quality of food as they do in the restaurants. There are a few things other than music (rides, exhibits, vendors) but it is mostly about the music for Summerfest. The grounds are within walking distance of downtown hotels and unless you need to drive in and park at the festival grounds, I would suggest other options (walking, shuttle from downtown). It takes a while to exit the grounds after concerts.
