We visited three times for a few days each time, in December 2013 and again in January 2014 in the middle of the mega- cold.
The staff were friendly and efficient, we had to delay our arrival day twice but the booking was changed without fuss, including at the last minute.
We stayed in the same room every time, it wasn't the most modern room I've ever stayed in but it was clean and dry and warm. The facilities were what we expected and needed - a fridge and a microwave apart from the usual coffee machine (which also offered tea for my non-coffee drinking partner).
The house keeping staff were always around and happy to service our room at odd times (we had an unusual schedule), every servicing was well executed.
We never tried the on-site restaurant (a separate business) which was closed in mid-January so can't comment but it didn't look too inviting, especially given the huge variety of eating spots within walking distance!
We didn't try the fitness suite but the usual array of gym equipment looked in good condition. We did have need of the business suite to do some computer work and printing/photocopying and it all proved up to the task.
Wifi reception on our phones throughout the hotel was very good though rather than having a username system it required Web login every time which was cumbersome.
Overall, top marks for a "budget" hotel which ultimately proved better for our purposes than the slightly more up-market InterContinental in which we also stayed, which proved pricey and inefficient and didn't even include a small fridge/chilled bar!
