Good price and OK location, but no complimentary breakfast and slow service for the paid breakfast. Moved to the Best Western halfway through stay.

Was clean but very run down. Was disappointed because I expected a room that was over a $100 dollars to be very nice and fancy. Furniture was very scuffed up and the carpet was worn. Bathroom needed painting and updating. Clerk who checked us in was not helpful, forgot to ask about Senior Citizen discount when I first checked in and when I asked about it his response was: Your asking me know? And never said he would adjust it or whatever. I felt he was rude like we were inconviencing him.

I thought I was getting a really good deal by the looks of the room/lobby online, however the hotel in person is quite different and somewhat outdated. Still clean in the lobby, semi clean in the room, which is quite smaller than expected. The bathroom wasn't clean, sure there was a quick go through of it, I'm sure, however, there were hairs on the floor that I know we could not have shed in the five minutes we were there...The bath didn't drain which made showering the following morning quite disgusting. The staff were very nice and accommodating when we first arrived and even made a call to the room when we first got there to see if we were satisfied. I was awoken by our neighbors at 2AM and there was a lot of loud talking/slamming of doors that disrupted at least two hours of sleep. So the quietness, I would consider an issue.

For the price you would think that you would get a free breakfast like the rest of the hotel's do, there is a restaurant inthere but they were alittle pricy. It was a really nice hotel and the service was great.

Hotel was cheap and central and staff is helpful but room furnishings and carpeting are dated and in need of spruce up. Nothing really wrong with hotel except 1970s appearance of rooms made it a bit depressing to stay at.

Very dated hotel. Decent staff at the front desk, but the 'bar' and 'restaurant' leave a lot to be desired. It looks like a hotel that hasn't changed anything since the early 90's. The air was turned off when we got there [so we're not able to turn it on in the room], and in place of that they left a box fan to keep us cool. Average temps were still getting up to the high 70's, which was ok, but I would always prefer to have the air on.

The food and service at the restaurant were well below average. It was $7.25 for the breakfast buffet [which seems like a great deal], and yet we still ended up walking to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast the second morning.

I wish we would've spent another $20-$30/night to stay in a nicer place. It was very convenient for the places we traveled to, but just a very low quality establishment.

The only people that might be ok with this place are people who smoke inside their home so they would notice it. To everyone else - THE PLACE STINKS. It's a terrible musty, cigarette butt smell that is everywhere in the hotel. Pay the extra $$ and stay at the Double Tree across the street - very nice place.

You also can't put restaurant meals on your room because it's "not set up like that." Several things were broken in my room as well. The place is pretty much a dump. When you read the literature it focuses heavily on the fact that the staff is really nice, because they know they can't sell the quality of the hotel in any way.

The only real way to convert a previously smoking hotel into a non smoking one is to replace all of the carpeting and drapes. They haven't done is this and I doubt they ever will. In fact, I'm quite curious about the fate of this place. It's on it's last leg. Either someone will buy it and dump a bunch of money into it or they'll have to tear it down.

I have to say - you all were VERY nice to me. Unfortunately the hotel is god awful.
