We rode down to Lake Geneva from Milwaukee to have dinner at Medusa (well, the nice weather made the trip on our Harley very enjoyable). The menu looked great and they were playing a Grateful Dead concert on their sound system when we walked in. BONUS!!
We shared 3 appetizers and a salad and still took food home. The grilled calamari in a pomodoro was good but we did not read the description thoroughly and were expecting traditional breaded and deep fired calamari. That was our mistake. Doubtful we would order it again, but that's based on our taste not anything wrong with the dish. The skordalia was incredible. Served with what looked like lightly fried pita wedges, cucumber, and carrot slices, it was sort of like garlic hummus. The beet and goat cheese salad and the antipasto plate were both very good. Service was attentive but not cloying. Definitely willing to go back again, especially on a nice day for riding.
