Kilwin's is a Lake Geneva, WI mainstay since 1946. It sells toffee, fudge, candied apples, & popcorn, but is known mostly for their homemade ice cream. We tried both the fudge and the ice cream. While expensive, the ice cream was definitely well worth it. We also bought a pound of the turtle fudge for an expensive $18! Although they make their own fudge in the shop, it was not the best fudge I've had and I would not purchase it again. After sampling the peanut brittle with pecans, I think that would be a better choice in the future - although their brittle is very expensive, too.
Overall, go for the ice cream, but avoid the fudge. And, be ready for LONG lines during the tourist season!!
