“Cheap and tasty, long wait”
Reviewed September 11, 2012

We went to Fayze’s since locals recommended it as the best breakfast place in town. Apparently it is not also the best kept secret in town. We had a group of 7 and the wait was 40 minutes (10ish on a Sunday). We went to the bar and several of us got their Bloody Mary’s – I didn’t try them but those who did really liked them. We thought we would be clever and eat at one of the tables in the bar area, only at that time they said you could only order food at the bar. They stomped down the idea of ordering food at the bar and bringing it to the table.

I ordered a few bakery treats while we waited. They have a bakery counter if that is all you want. The coffee cake was good and the cinnamon roll was just ok.

The food was very cheap, large portions and pretty good, especially after a night of drinking.

“Great Breakfast”
Reviewed September 5, 2012

Fayze's has become a Sunday morning staple. They serve up some amazing bloody mary's, and have a great breakfast menu available until 1:30pm. This is not a small plate muffin and coffee type breakfast place. Think hearty American style hashbrowns, eggs, toast, cheese, sausage, bacon, pancakes. You name it, it's probably available. Service is quick and for a small group, you can expect to be served relatively promptly once seated. On the other hand, if you ARE looking for something quick for a grab and go, they do have bakery items available near the hostess desk. Fresh breads, muffins, cookies, etc. I can't speak much about the lunch/dinner menu, but for breakfast, this is your place!

“If you want bakery this is the place to go!”
Reviewed August 27, 2012

This place was super busy, but the wait is definately worth it. Lots of yummy looking fresh bakery. The menu had a lot of choices and everything sounded good. I had the biscuits and gravy, 2 large sausage patties, hashbrowns and 2 eggs...oh so good!!! The prices were great! Lots of food for less than $7!!!

“Never had a bad meal here.”

Very busy restaurant and the food is excellent. Every time I've eaten here I've had great service and food. A bit noisy but other than that I really enjoyed it.

“Fresh Baked Goodness!”
Reviewed August 20, 2012

It all started with left over bread & butter that my family got for me after their dinner at Fayze's. It was fresh & delicious! Their dinner had comprised salads & sandwiches which they had loved and could not stop praising. (We are all fresh, natural, health food freaks!). Returned the next night to pick up dessert - Chocolate chip muffins topped with chopped almonds and brownies...and at the time of this writing, a day later, a left over brownie never tasted sooooo good!
