Very nice campground with plenty of space between sites. The park was about 75% full however even if it were full there is good space to roam and not feel cramped in. Concur with previous rater that unless you have a pull through it is better to remove towed vehicle at check in line. The driving lanes in the park are narrow and it would be hard for another vehicle to get by. We had site 113, which was a back in on the river's back water edge. It was neat to set out our chairs and enjoy the day come to an end while watching the various boats make their way back to mooring. The cable was not functioning at our site however that didn't bother me so much as we weren't there to watch TV. Check in was easy once we got past the wedding party as they have a hall adjacent to the check in building..which is actually a bar too. All aside, an easy park to find with great access to LaCrosse and the water front. If you have a boat call in advance and try to arrange a site along the 400 numbers as you could probably put the boat on the bank behind your RV.
