Ate at Bubba J's BBQ for lunch, which was formerly Wallace's BBQ. My coworker and I had the BBQ beef brisket sandwich, which came with two sides to choose from for 9.75. I had the cole slaw and corn muffins. Everything is made from scratch and it was excellent. The brisket was piled two inches high on the toasted bun and was melt in your mouth tender. They have some really good BBQ sauces to go with the brisket. The cole slaw was tasty and wasn't overloaded in dressing which is how I like it. The corn muffins were really good and you get two of them that are huge. Great place to eat. Too bad I don't live around Kewaunee, I'd be a regular at Bubba J's.
