Eggs, potatoes, jalapenos, veggies and meats. Artery plugger but it's to die for.
Specify the homemade toast with your order.
The rest of the menu is super too. Pancakes and omelets are huge.
Their motto - Order what you want - Eat what you get.
It's like "Mel's Diner" on TV - only more rustic, less seating, the walls leans and if they don't insult you a few times, they don't like you. The paragragh of rules at the bottom of the menu says it all.
When you're on your way out, the owners on the griddle thank you for stopping by as does the wait staff and maybe a few regular customers too.
On the weeknd be prepared to wait - we went on a Wednesday about 10 and got the last table.
