Good place down by the lake. Excellent pizza as well as other Italian grub. Nice outdoor seating. Take a little walk after you eat.

A full menu but the pizza is the main attraction. And it's less upscale than Mangias or Hob Nob. At the same time, familiarity breeds a bit of indifference. The pizza no longer impresses as much--perhaps because of so many visits. Nice location, interior and exterior--but the menu could use some tweaking.

We went here to celebrate my husband's birthday... what a disaster. I immediately had a bad feeling upon entering and seeing the horrible decor and tiny waiting space. Peeking into the kitchen, staff looked they were half-asleep and working in slow motion.

Once we were seated, we ordered garlic bread with marinara. The bread was pretty bland and disappointing, so we were excited for our pizza to arrive.

Our pepperoni pizza looked like an average frozen thin pizza, and honestly did not taste much different. There was no charring on the crust or crispiness to indicate is wasn't a frozen pizza.

After a few of the square pizza pieces, I noticed that the next piece I had picked up had a HAIR on top. This was a short, blackish brown hair that definitely did not look like it was from someone's head. Pubic hair?

After this, we lost our appetites and informed the waitress about the issue. She volunteered to take the pizza off our bill, but we were a bit disappointed that we were still required to pay the $2.90 for our garlic bread.

We will not be returning.

This place is all about location. Situated along the Lake front, The Villa is a great place to enjoy in town and catch the views of the Lake if you eat outdoors or take a walk after you dine in. I have always ordered the pizza and it is always delicious. I like the Veggie pizza, but sausage is old-school deliciousness, too.

Family restaurant with very good pizza kitchen. Military discount, good location, nice outdoor seating in the summer.
