Description: San Pedro Café is a Caribbean-themed restaurant and bar sharing the flavors, culture, and pleasures of the Caribbean Sea with residents and visitors of Hudson, Wisconsin. Nestled along the historic main street district of Hudson, the San Pedro Café invites you to experience life on island time. Caribbean-themed, culinary focused with an emphasis on scratch-cooking. The heart of our kitchen is our large wood-fired oven used to prepare fresh seafood, slow-smoked meats and vegetables, specialty pizzas, and a variety of other culinary delights. The San Pedro Cafe offers a unique experience of island life. With a concept conceived from the town of San Pedro in the island paradise of Ambergris Caye, Belize, the San Pedro Cafe welcomes you to come as you are. Whether you are enjoying our amazing Jalapeño Blood Orange Margarita on our tropical-inspired urban patio, sipping one of our signature Vacation Libations in front of our 100 gallon salt water aquarium, or watching our culinary team from the best-seat-in-the-house pasta bar, our theme of being hospitable and welcoming to all guests shines through. Our team hopes you enjoy your "vacation" at the San Pedro Cafe and we can't wait to see you again.

“Excellent Choice in Hudson”
Reviewed May 3, 2013

On a family visit, we dined at San Pedro with my brother and his family.

Long-time residents of the area and certifiable "foodies" they said that this was their favorite local restaurant; and after having lunch there, we can see why.

From their variety of salsas, pizza, and awesome smoked chicken nachos... everything was superb. We loved it!

If we are ever back in Hudson again, this will be our first stop.

Thanks for a great meal!

“Best food in Hudson!”
Reviewed April 21, 2013 via mobile

My wife and I go there all the time and can't wait for the boat to get into the water so we can visit it more often! The staff is always friendly and helpful. But the food... That is the best part! Try to go there for breakfast on Sundays and you won't be disappointed! There fish is he best, I've tried all of it and have never had a bad piece! You need to try the black beans and rice and the potatoes with plantains! I have seen the desserts, but have always been to full to try them?

I have heard wonderful reviews about this restaurant. We went and do not need to go back again. It was nothing special. Average food, okay, not great.

“Perfect for Gluten-Free Diet”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

My husband is newly gluten-free and we struggle to find restaurants that offer more than salad choices. He was very excited to see a full GF menu. We came with a group of five and everyone loved the food and drinks. If you don't like Caribbean/Jerk flavors order the Chicken Wrap. I was disappointed that it wasn't more flavorful but it was still delicious. My only other advice, make a reservation. This place is small and popular.

“Loved it!”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

Wandered into this place on a Saturday afternoon - boy was it busy! Had the tacos and a pizza. SUPER thin crust, really tasty. The taco meat (pulled pork) was SPICY but really flavorful. Fair warning to the spicy-averse. We sat at the Chef's counter, and it was entertaining to watch the kitchen at work. We came back later in our trip to try the key lime pie - it was amazing as well! Highly recommended!
