Home with 3 suites - excellent "soundproofing", never heard the other two couples in their suites. Private baths, large rooms, unlike many B&B that have too-small bedrooms for queen beds. Weekday continental breakfast included large dish of fresh fruit combo of strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, blackberries, etc. Cereal choices, yogurt, homemade pastry (different every day and definitely not from the grocery store), juices and hot tea and coffees. No styrofoam here - all glass and china. Hugh variety and quantity, hot breakfasts made by hosts on the weekend. There was no way we could eat all that was on our plate - filled by hosts. Large living room, enclosed front porch, TV and wi-fi, loaded bookshelves and antiques and period pieces throughout. What more could you want.
