Good, solid, stick-to-your-ribs food. Classic diner atmosphere. Pot of coffee on the table. Specials on a board behind the counter. One of those places where the locals hang out and catch up on their "news". I had the roast beef hash with a couple of gently fried eggs right on top. Friend had the Packer Backer omelet (loaded up with meat, vegetables and cheese with hollandaise sauce poured over). Big portions and easy prices. Was a nearly daily haunt of ex-Packer great Ray Nitschke and the stool he occupied at the counter is reupholstered in his honor. Fun place and a short walk to Lambeau. Recommended for those who enjoy local flavor.
