Hubby wanted to go here due to the beer ratings online. It is a restaurant in an old train depot building next to rr tracks. We tried the first night we got to Green Bay but it was packed with a 1.5 hour wait. So we made a reservation for the next night. Recommend that reservations be made because it was always busy when we saw it.
He had the New York strip steak which he thought was great. I had a cran-turkey sandwich which wasn't near as good as I expected it to be (had a bit of a strange flavor in it...) I also tried the 'cheese curds' because those are a local popular item. I don't like cottage cheese but these things were deep-fried and tasty...as almost anything deep-fried is! lol
We both had beers (hubby the "Railyard" and "The Lombardi" and I had the "Honey"). Hubby always likes to taste local brews and we both thought my "honey" was the best although all 3 were good. Our meal came to $50 (3 beers, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees)
Although this restaurant (in my opinion) was a bit overhyped online, the one cool thing was that a train came by while we were there, did something at the depot for a few minutes, and then left.
