When we got there to check in thw line was across the lobby and down the hall. It took over 30mins. We also got charged an extra $10 for our 1 year old to use the waterpark, when she should have been free. The room was way smaller than it seemed online. The bed sheets had holes in them and our sink drain was clogged. The water park isn't much. No slides for littler kids and the kids area is a splash pad; not a pool. We didn't spend long there, it was crouded and all our eyes were burning. The kids enjoyed the arcade, but a bunch of games weren't on or broken.

I saw the bad reviews, and I thought maybe it was an exaggeration. I was wrong. The long line at check-in and the horrible smell should have been enough to send me running. The sheets had mold stains and rips. The room was dirty. Our sink drain was plugged...the front desk seemed annoyed when we let them know. The water park was fair closer to the end of the night when you didn’t have to fight for space. The life guards looked annoyed and checked out. Most of us had burning eyes and a cough from the smell. I’ve never been so happy to leave a hotel. It’s super disappointing to read the response to so many people expressing concerns.

Room is super dingy and grimy. Beds are uncomfortable. Water park hours are super limited. In a 3 day stay, water park was only open for 4 hours. The arcade is never open and hours aren't posted. If I had known, I would have gotten a room to else where.

Checked in on Sunday afternoon. Spent 45 minutes in the lobby waiting for the desk worker to figure it out and get us keys! We were there as part of a large group and the banquet service was ATROCIOUS! Breakfast the first day was yogurt, a platter of melon and pineapple, and danishes. Literally nothing else. Lunch was make your own sandwiches with crunchy bread. The buffet breakfast the next day was scrambled eggs, bacon and fried potatoes. With a couple of hundred middle schoolers, it was miserable because they were starving from such terrible options. The second night we were there, someone crapped on the waterslide and the staff told the people on the slide and in the lazy river to get out of the water while they added the chemicals, but they didn't tell the people in the CONNECTING pool. And they never told the people in the area. DISGUSTING. One bed in our room was saggy and the other one was hard as a rock. The air/fan in the room wouldn't stay on for longer than an hour. It was beyond stagnant and hot. Who can sleep like that? And it was that way in every room except for the loft. We were responsible for the kids in 7 rooms, so we saw the inside of 9.

I loved this room myself, but I soon found out after the first night that my friends didn’t. They had a couple strands of pubic hair and fluid stains on their bedding. They ended up sleeping on the tables. Though, they did have a great time at the water park and the ballroom. Very nice and classy ballroom with plenty of space. Great for a public event. Also, the conference center has many decent sise rooms. Overall, this hotel is not far from Lambeu Field, just a couple minutes walk. I was pleased with my stay. Very family friendly and in a safe area
