Rebecca Lom is difficult to work with, never returned calls. We had to do the setup with the secretary who never gave the notes to the setup crew. They shut the elevator off while there was handicapped people still at the reception. We had the room booked until midnight and they were asking us when we would be done at 9:00 p.m. We were asked if we would leave flowers we purchased from another vender for the bride the next day which in my opinion was very rude. Over heard bar tender complaining about his tips and how it was a waste of his time. It rained after the chairs were setup and were told we should have brought our own towels. The whole thing was just very very very unprofessional and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HERITAGE HILL FOR YOUR WEDDING.

The buildings and staff make you feel like you've stepped back in time. My kids loved the jail and the fur trade buildings. The grounds are beautiful! Fascinating and fun family adventure. Plan on spending at least two hours there and wear comfortable shoes!

This was the second time we've visited. First time most buildings were closed and today during their Halloween event some buildings were closed and others had long lines. Kids had to do event for even water or small treat. Disappointing.

I went at Christmas time and it was so much fun to see everyone dressed up in the costumes and see how life was way back when. Fun for kids of all ages.
