We dined here just today and had the lunch on the Mexican restaurant side of the complex. You can dine on the bar side also if you so wish. The Mexican side has Mexican décor painted on the walls and provides both tables and booths for your dining pleasure with couples, friends and more. You can get your favorite drinks from wines and more. The bar side also has tables and booths as well as the bar if your thirsty for a cool drink at the bar.
We decided on lunch hour special for two. For one you cannot beat the price for lunch and two drinks.
I was amazed at our Server, who was at the manager Frank, and he did an amazing job. He made sure that we had everything we wanted from drinks to salsa and chips. The salsa was loaded with your typical Pico mix of tomatoes, onions, cilantro and tasted great.
I had shredded beef enchiladas with green sauce and my guest had a crispy shredded beef Chimichanga. Both dinners came out with excellent flavored Spanish rice and the refried beans.
I noticed on their menu that prices are very reasonable for the quality and food flavors you shall receive. We both really enjoyed are lunch a the flavors are freshly prepared as part of your meal.
When you order shredded beef it should have some flavor to it not just plain old shredded beef, and this is where Fajita Republics is right up there with the best of them in the flavor category.
One would never believe a great place next to a motel complex, but they have a great location right off of I 43 and Mason and near a great area.
Overall, We will definitely be back here for some fine Mexican food and I as I say this could be Green Bay's new place to go for just that and more.
